Quality Assurance Testing on SGP+™ Validated – Impact Fusion International Retrofitted Machinery Boosts Production Capacity & Efficiency: Part 2

LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

September 30, 2026

Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID

Several major milestones regarding Quality Assurance (QA) have been achieved to include (A) Product Shipping and Receiving, (B) Herd Acceptance, (C) Product Quality, and (D) Herd Performance of the improved SGP+™ formulation.

(A) Product Shipping and Receiving

Initial QA on the improved SGP+™ showed instability in the bales for shipping purposes. IFUS immediately conducted a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to gather the data and explore the problem. Several immediate and mid-term solutions were implemented to manage current back-orders and newly placed orders. These solutions included:

  1. Manually shrink wrapping the product.
  2. Reviewing the Sugarcane Bagasse for changes in moisture content, morphology, and texture to include moving out present bagasse in the IFUS warehouse with fresher material.
  3. Designing and engineering an improved automatic wrapping system based on the newly improved morphology of the SGP+™.

These efforts resulted in the successful loading, transportation, and receipt of SGP+™ shipped from Napoleonville, LA to Harper, KS as seen in the series of photographs below:

(B) Herd Acceptance

Quality Assurance on Herd Acceptance performed at Deer Run Ranch, Jefferson, TX exceeded expectations. Reports provided, state that cattle were pushing each other out of the way to get to the troughs were a SGP+™/Cracked Corn Ration was fed (as seen in the pics below):

(C) Product Quality

As clearly indicated by the picture below, the texture of the improved SGP+™ product becomes clearly visible as compared to the product produced from the old machine, formulation, and production process. Fiber degradation suggesting more CP and TDN from degraded and depolymerized lignin in vitro, evenness in the texture of SGP+™, and reports of a significantly improved scent are welcomed improvements to product. It is expected that these improvements will greatly enhance Herd Acceptance of SGP+™.

(D) Herd Performance

Deer Run Ranch noted a regression of its Herd Performance once its herd was removed from SGP+™. Walkabout Ranch reported a similar regression.

As seen in the picture below, flies once absent on this herd returned.

Flies returned on cattle after SGP+ was removed from the ration

However, once the SGP+™ was once again added to the herd’s ration mix, within days the fly infestation was significantly reduced on the cattle (as seen by the pictures below):

Fly pressure reduced after SGP+ was returned to the ration
Cattle after SGP+ was reintroduced to the ration

This reduction in flies parallels rapid improvement in Manure Scoring (that decreased from optimum when the herd was removed from SGP+™). Once more, Walkabout Ranch reported similar observations.

Let’s take a moment to be reminded of Manure Scoring:

SGP+ Works manure scoring graphic, Grade 3 patty

Grade 3 manure patties indicate an optimum mix for digestion and absorption of the ration, at approximate dietary levels of 12-15% CP and 62-70% TDN. SGP+™ consistently produces Manure Score 3 pats. See: “Manure Scoring Determines Supplementation Needs,” Dr. Robert Wells, Noble Research Institute, Noble News and Views, October 2013, https://www.noble.org/news/publications/ag-news-and-views/2013/october/manure-scoring-determines-supplementation-needs/.

Hence, Deer Run Ranch offers pictures of Manure Score 4-5 pats prior to the re-introduction of SGP+™ to the ration:

Manure Score 3-ish pats formed after a couple of days on SGP+™ being reintroduced to the herd:

This Quality Assurance validation by Deer Run Ranch offered further credibility to previous Herd Performance improvement claims. Hence, we remind our stakeholders that the recent SGP+™ delivery to Harper, KS holds specific significance for IFUS as a trial is now underway at a dairy operation in a region where SGP+™ has not been tested on dairy cows to date. This opportunity was developed and deliver by the IFUS North American Sales Manager, Joe Wilcox and opens IFUS to 100,000 dairy cows in this region alone.

Joe Wilcox is personally overseeing the application of SGP+™ both as a product and technology as it is designed to be. The phrase “Natural Phytochemically Enhanced Bovine Ration™ or NPEBR™” has been applied to differentiate SGP+™ not only as a “product”, but a “product” that must be applied as a “technology” to enhance the respective “ration management” of any dairy or ranch. The intent is to ensure optimum “Herd Performance” for that respective ranch or dairy so as to achieve their business outcomes.

Additionally, the next load of backorders is being fulfilled and prepared to ship by weeks-end from Napoleonville, LA to an 800-beef herd operation in Texas. Again, Joe will oversee this trial with intention of converting this order into an on-going one.

“As you CEO, I committed that sales of our IFUS Product Lines fell short of expectations. The results reflected above are part of a strategic and tactical plan to shore up sales through aggressive fact-based marketing. Where progress has admittedly been slower than we desire, the reality is that we are making marked progress that is, as the adage, S.M.A.R.T…Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. I am forever grateful to our team, our stockholders, and our broader stakeholders for their individual and collective efforts to support in the achievements of these milestones.
