Trey Schmidt, VP of International Operations
As a sixth-generation farmer and rancher, Trey Schmidt has played a key role in developing a Test Ranch for Impact Fusion International, Inc in Jefferson, TX. With over 10 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and livestock, Trey has lived and worked in 21 countries across 5 continents. For more than a decade, he has personally tested and used Intact Digest, the human nutrition line developed exclusively by Impact Fusion International Inc. His journey in farming, fitness, and nutrition is deeply rooted in his upbringing. Growing up in a family that has worked the land for five generations, caring for both the world and our bodies has been a way of life. Fitness has been just as integral to Trey as farming—from going to the YMCA as a child to lifting weights with his father starting in middle school. Even now, at 37, Trey still works out with his 73 year old father who has passed this tradition on to his own son. Sharing knowledge and experiences across generations has always been a natural and ingrained part of his family’s life as individuals and family members. For Trey, this opportunity to help expand Impact Fusion’s footprint in the world, is not just a job—it's a way of life. He is dedicated to continuous improvement in everything he does. Trey stated: “I am looking forward to the challenge.”
Joe Wilcox, North America Sales Manager
Joe Wilcox, Owner and Operator of Walkabout Ranch in Anthony, KS has accepted the role of North American Sales Manager, effective June 12, 2026. Joe will cover all parts of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with an immediate focus on demand for product in the general Mississippi River Valley Areas. Also, due to a unique relationship and experience with Australia’s Beef and Sugarcane Industry, Joe will also seek expanded opportunities in that market.
Joe’s family now has three generations as ranchers. He has an ANSI (Animal Science) Degree from the Oklahoma State University. Furthermore, Joe remains an active “care-taker” rancher managing Angus-herds for heavy beef production. Joe is also very familiar with dairy operations, feed mills, and ration formulation. Joe’s application of SGP+™ to his respective herds has been of paramount importance to the success of this IFUS product. Based on practical experience, scientific testing, and review of scientific literature, he has addressed concerns about the product, such as,
- Crude Protein and Other Nutritional Concerns
- Safe Application
- Efficacy in Producing Results
- Formulating into a Ration Management Strategy for a Respective Herd
- Shipping, Handling, General Transportation, and Storage
- Herd Introduction and Performance Measurement / Business Outcomes
- Greenhouse Gas Mitigation and Amelioration
- Cost-effectiveness
Per Joe, his herds continue to outperform his expectation, especially when he compares to his present herds being fed SGP+™ to herds prior to his implementing SGP+™ as part of his respective NPEBR™ (Natural Phytochemical Enhanced Bovine Ration Strategy).
Joe’s success to date includes:
- Reduced/Eliminated Fly/Insect Infestations.
- Higher Quality/Quantity Meat, Milk, and Colostrum.
- Reduced Infant Mortality and Miscarriages with Higher Quality Calves.
- Reduced Antibiotic Application/Improved Herd Health.
- Reduced Costs, Higher Revenues, and Higher Profits.
- Improved Manure Quality for Natural Replenishment of Top Soil.
- Improved Heat Tolerance
- Reduced Hydration Requirements.
- Reduced Greenhouse Gases/Carbon Footprint.
As I step on this new path of life, I am reminded of a quote I’ve used before: If what I did yesterday seems BIG - I haven’t done anything TODAY.
I am honored and humbled that IFUS has selected me to introduce their revolutionary nutrition products, to the many eager producers, who seek innovation in their operations! Looking forward to BIG days ahead!
