LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
October 6, 2025
Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID
As SupremeAG™ has shown efficacy to any number of acid- and iron-loving plants, a formal scientific trial will kick-off before years-end on the application of SupremeAG™ on strawberries in the U.K. Product is in transit and expected to arrive October 6, 2025. In the interim, the trial parameters are being finalized.
To date, trials across the U.S.A. and Canada have demonstrated the successful application of Nutri-Mastic™ and SupremeAG™ to a myriad of trees, shrubs, plants, and cut flowers. Included to the list are: (1) Citrus (Oranges, Lemons, Grapefruit, etc.), (2) Roses, (3) Apples, (4) Pears, (5) Peaches, (6) Blackberries, (7)
Tomatoes, (5) Watermelon, (6) Cantaloupe, (7) Plums, (8) Cherries, (9) Pecans,
(10) Azaleas, (11) Crepe Myrtles, (12) Mimosa, (13) Oaks, (14) Figs, (15) Magnolias, (17) Altheas, (18) vegetables (Bell Peppers, Green Beans, etc.), and (19) any number of floral producing plants.
These trials have consistently demonstrated:
- Healthier, pest-free plants.
- Enhanced bloom, fruit, vegetable, and nut production
- Enhanced fragrance of blooms
- Enhanced favor and taste of fruits, vegetables, and nuts
Furthermore, a trial conducted by SUAREC on “Greens” demonstrated that:
(1) mustard, (2) broccoli, (3) kale, (4) spinach, (5) and other species in this line of “Greens” proved unsuccessful. Lady Bugs devoured the SupremeAG™ enhanced plants, and the SupremeAG™ produced little or no difference in growth rates or yield as compared to the control.
This contrast led to expanded research of previously conducted science as to:
- the olfactory nature of bugs and insects,
- the impact of various phytochemicals on both specific plants as well as bugs and insects,
- the impact of specific phytochemicals contained within the plants and the effect on growth rate, yield, taste, and natural defense mechanisms.
For example, there is a contrast between “Beneficial Insects / Bugs” and “Garden Pests” as illustrated in Picture 1:
Picture 1:

Hence, the IFUS Scientific Team has formulated a working theory that the natural phytochemicals in SupremeAG™ can for certain plant, trees, and shrubs:
- Repel insects and bugs.
- Attract beneficial insects and bugs.
- Improve growth rates and yield.
- Reduce, eliminate, and/or replace the need for synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
- Reduce water requirements.
- Reduce the costs of growth and increase the revenue from yield and quality.
It is suggested at this time that this may be due to the flavonoid / indole-like phytochemical balance, and possibly the contrast of these competing phytochemicals. In other words, things that smell good vs. things that don’t are enhanced by SupremeAG™. Yet, the mix of the two competing groups of phytochemicals might be required so as to enhance favorable taste or smell. This is found in perfume formulation, food preparation, smell-remediation, smellenhancement, and more. This science is well-established and used under the guise of “Steven’s Power Law.”
“Stevens’ Power Law is an empirical relationship in psychophysics between an increased intensity or strength in a physical stimulus and the perceived magnitude increase in the sensation created by the stimulus. It is often considered to supersede the Weber–Fechner law, which is based on a logarithmic relationship between stimulus and sensation, because the power law describes a wider range of sensory comparisons, down to zero intensity.”
The impact of this balance may drive:
- the olfactory response of select bugs and insects
- the flavor / taste of the fruit or nut
- The smell of the blooms from plants, trees, and shrubs
- the actual health and well-being of the plant, tree, and shrub
- the beneficial effect of the plant, tree, and shrub and/or the fruit, nut, or “Greens” to animals and humans, who would consume these.
This content is covered in the IFUS White Paper found at https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledge-base/part-1a-screw-worm-fly/
Hence, in the case of the Lady Bugs, the IFUS Scientific Team believes that in the case of the “Greens” tested at SURAEC, the Lady Bugs were driven by the enhanced phytochemicals in the “Greens” produced as a result of SupremeAG™ to enhance the indole-like phytochemicals that drive Lady Bugs to become herbivores; hence, devouring the plants.
In contrast, on the IFUS Test Farm in Louisiana, Lady Bugs are actually introduced annually as a preventative measure for aphids. In this case, the enhanced phytochemicals from citrus trees and others nourished with SupremeAG™ is evident in the smell of Spring Blooms, the yield of fruit, the taste/quality of the fruit, the overall health of the plants, and the elimination and/or significant reduction of Sooty Mold on the Citrus Trees and others.
Sooty Mold is said to be spread by Aphids. Lady Bugs, in this situation seemingly become carnivores, eating the Aphids. Yet, the Lady Bugs leave the vegetation untouched.

With this in mind, the U.K Trial will focus on strawberries per the Protocol under development. The impact of SupremeAG™ on the incredibly complex, yet miraculous nature of natural phytochemical production and the balance of these on the impact on the taste, yield, quality, and health of strawberries will provide invaluable information…especially in light of this trial being a statistically-viable trial.
The Trial:
We’re proceeding with a strawberry trial with a leading UK soft-fruit grower as our first test case. To set this up properly and keep it clean for their team, could you please provide a concise protocol and evidence pack covering the items below?
- Application protocol (clear and specific)
- Product: SupremeAG — formulation/grade and batch number(s).
- Rate(s): label rate and (if you recommend) a reduced rate for comparison (kg/ha or L/ha).
- Timing: pre-plant, at establishment, or in-season (exact growth stage/BBCH).
- Placement & method: bed surface vs incorporated; mulch thickness (mm); any needed soil/bed prep.
- Compability: fertigation, biologicals, fungicides, fertilisers; any “do not mix” notes.
- Soil fit: recommended texture/OM%/pH ranges; anything to avoid.
- Measurement plan (KPI-led and practical)
- Irrigaon: how you want us to measure (minutes or metered litres), and target water-use delta.
- Soil moisture: suggested probe placement and logging frequency.
- Crop health: weekly plant vigour photos (fixed-point), disease scoring (mildew/botrytis).
- Yield & quality: total yield/bed, % marketable fruit, Brix (sample size & frequency), size/grade.
- Duraon: start and stop points (e.g., establishment through 6–8 pickings).
- Analysis: how you’d like data tabulated and any statistical test preference (simple is fine).
- Evidence pack (to give the grower confidence)
- SURAEC summary/data you referenced (even a 1–2 page write-up is fine).
- 1–2 documented case studies (control vs treated) showing irrigation reduction and yield/quality outcomes.
- Before/aer or side-by-side photos with dates/locations.
- SDS/COA/spec sheet and storage/shelf-life.
- Regulatory & claims guidance (UK)
- How you want the product posioned (bio stimulant/soil conditioner, etc.).
- Permissible claims in the UK to keep our communications compliant.
- Logistics & support
- Quanty of product you recommend for a 3-treatment layout (Control, Label Rate, Half Rate; 2–3 reps if space allows).
- Any on-site support (virtual) for the first application.
- A named technical contact for quick questions during the trial.
- Roles, data & timing
- We’ll handle the day-to-day data capture and share a clean spreadsheet weekly.
- Please confirm you’re happy for us to use the results (good or bad) in internal and customer-facing materials with fair context.
- Target to receive the above by 15 October 2025 (14 days from today) so we can align with the grower’s scheduling.
Our aim is to run a simple, credible, side-by-side strawberry trial that respects the grower’s time and gives everyone clear outcomes. If there’s a specific nuance for strawberries you want us to build in, please add that to the protocol.
“We are thrilled with the opportunity to further explore the efficacy of
SupremeAG™ on Strawberries in the U.K. Where we recognize that the flavonoid / indole-like phytochemical response to SupremeAG™ may be unique to various plants, trees, and shrubs, we are committed to continue our Research, Validation, and Commercialization of Technologies in thesearch of truth that allows for the successful application of our IFUS Product Lines,” said Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International. “This statistical trial will provide invaluable data, and if successful will open additional market opportunities for your company. Whatever the outcome, this data will be added to our company’s ‘Knowledge Base’, so that we continue to provide to our customers eco-friendly and cost-effective products that actually produce beneficial results.”
