LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
June 12, 2026
Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID
Joe Wilcox, Owner and Operator of Walkabout Ranch in Anthony, KS has accepted the role of North American Sales Manager. Joe will cover all parts of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with an immediate focus on demand for product in the general Mississippi River Valley Areas. Also, due to a unique relationship and experience with Australia’s Beef and Sugarcane Industry, Joe will also seek expanded opportunities in this market.
Joe’s family now has three generations as ranchers. He has an ANSI (Animal Science) Degree from the Oklahoma State University. Furthermore, Joe remains an active “care-taker” rancher managing Angus-herds for heavy beef production. Joe is also very familiar with dairy operations, feed mills, and ration formulation.
Joe’s application of SGP+™ to his respective herds has been of paramount importance to the success of this IFUS product. Based on practical experience, scientific testing, and review of scientific literature, he has addressed concerns about the product, such as,
- Crude Protein and Other Nutritional Concerns
- Safe Application
- Efficacy in Producing Results
- Formulating into a Ration Management Strategy for a Respective Herd
- Shipping, Handling, General Transportation, and Storage
- Herd Introduction and Performance Measurement / Business Outcomes
- Greenhouse Gas Mitigation and Amelioration
- Cost-effectiveness
Per Joe, his herds continue to outperform his expectation, especially when he compares to his present herds being fed SGP+™ to herds prior to his implementing SGP+™ as part of his respective NPEBR™ (Natural Phytochemical Enhanced Bovine Ration Strategy). He offers photographic evidence of his present herds below:

Joe’s success to date includes:
- Reduced/Eliminated Fly/Insect Infestations.
- Higher Quality/Quantity Meat, Milk, and Colostrum.
- Reduced Infant Mortality and Miscarriages with Higher Quality Calves.
- Reduced Antibiotic Application/Improved Herd Health.
- Reduced Costs, Higher Revenues, and Higher Profits.
- Improved Manure Quality for Natural Replenishment of Top Soil.
- Improved Heat Tolerance
- Reduced Hydration Requirements.
- Reduced Greenhouse Gases/Carbon Footprint.
A recent video of one of Joe’s operations can be found on U-Tube at:
Of interest is his thriving herd. However, Joe’s muses with wit and somewhat of a dry Mid-Western humor that, “…gotta a horse in the pasture with the herd…and he’s a bit of a bully. He likes the SGP+™ and has been eatin’ it for a while now. I gotta distract him by givin’ him some so the cows can get their share.”
The fact that his horse has safely consumed SGP+™ for some time has had Joe successfully apply SGP+™ to a horse recovery operation in New Mexico. This success triggered further application of SGP+™ to another horse recovery situation, as well as the successful application of Equine Intact™ to thoroughbred race horse in the Greater New England Area.
Furthermore, Joe was (and continues) to be deeply involved in the battle against the NWS. He actively:
- participated and contributed content to IFUS’ grant application, submitted to the U.S.D.A. New World Screwworm Grand Challenge (Funding Opportunity: USDA-APHIS-10025-OA000000-26-0001).
- challenged IFUS to offer SGP+™ as a solution. IFUS created an NPEBR™, which applies SGP+™ (and even SupremeAG™) as technologies to provide a Natural Phytochemical Enhanced Bovine Ration ™ Management Strategy so as to potentially mitigate and/or ameliorate the NWS.
- determined any number of effective product handling and feeding mechanism for the management of SGP+™.
- formulated various ration mixes with SGP+™ to optimize Herd Performance against Costs and Revenue Drivers so as to Maximize Profits.
- contributed data, scientific considerations, and on-the-ground expertise to both ranchers and dairymen applying SGP+™ as part of an NPEBR™ (or Natural Phytochemical Enhanced Bovine Ration™)
- provides Economic Cost Analysis on SGP+™ and now SAG™ as part of an NPEBR™.
- offers pragmatic thought-leadership into the efficacy, delivery, and application of SGP™ and SAG™ to beef, dairy, horse-recovery, and broader agriculture applications.
Per Joe, the benefits derived from SGP+™ when applied as a technology supported by an NPERB™ Ration Management Strategy, create outcomes that he believes will protect beef and dairy herds from the NWS Fly, as a byproduct of creating outcomes like:
“SGP+™ pays you back ~ 2.25 times the cost of feeding it! Based on the steers we slaughter for personal consumption, SGP+™ produces more pounds of total beef quicker, allowing less time on feed at the feedlot…and creates a faster farm to table realization. Also, the meat produced birth to plate will make U.S.D.A. Prime Beef extremely desirable in the export market.”
“SGP+™ reduces drought impact on pastures, reduces grass intake by 25%, decreases the need for grass fertilizers, and reduces animal water intake.” He has also provided data in earlier communications as to the specific impact of reduced water requirements on the ability of farmers to have added water. “If every feedlot (cattle on feed report #) were feeding SGP+™, the amount of water saved would offset the amount of water needed to produce the pounds of corn used for the total amount of cattle by almost 79%. 12 million gallons a day equal 70 circles of corn at 125 acres per circle and 200 bushel per acre.”
Per Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International, “Joe’s successful application of SGP+™ as part of an NPEBR™ has been of critical value to the company. He has worked as an integrated member of our team for several years now and took a leap of faith in determining how to successfully apply SGP+™ to his respective herds. He is strategically located in beef and dairy country here in the U.S., and has broad contacts in these industries as well as broader agriculture. His presence, tireless efforts, and commitment to mitigating and ameliorating the NWS Fly, by creating a ‘Defensive Barrier’ to protect the herds and families of his fellow ranchers, dairymen, and the broader agriculture community aligns with IFUS’ intent and commitment. The cost-savings to beef and dairy consumers that he is driving based on Economic Case Studies being performed, are both worthy pursuits that may in fact save lives, businesses, and families…both domestically and abroad. Appling SGP+™ and SAG™ as part of an NPEBR™ fulfills our mission to research and validate, so that we can safely and responsibly commercialize technologies that benefit both our stockholders and broader stakeholders…and in a corporately responsible fashion that is eco-friendly, costeffective, and sustainable. Joe’s success will be our success.”
