On 4Jun26, 4Mar26 and 11Mar26, three interconnected Shareholder Updates were provided with a focus on the Intact Nutrition™ Line (Intact Digest™ and Intact Endurance™). These updates focused on Gut-Organ Axes. Since then, the IFUS Scientific Team has continued to collect and review data from scientific studies published in juried journals. Much of the focus into this myriad of information has been driven by our stakeholders, who are reporting incredibly promising results from the responsible use of the Intact Nutrition™ Line. 

A study published by BenchChem™ in April 2026 titled, “Triterpenoid 

Compounds from Chios Mastic Gum: A Technical Guide for Researchers,” offered several profound points as seen in the excerpts below: 

1. “This technical whitepaper provides a comprehensive overview of the triterpenoid compounds found in Chios mastic gum, the resinous exudate from the Pistacia lentiscus L. var. chia tree.” 
2. “Chios mastic gum is a complex mixture of bioactive molecules, with triterpenoids constituting a major and pharmacologically significant fraction, accounting for approximately 65-70% of the resin’s total weight.” 
3. “The triterpenoid profile of Chios mastic gum is characterized by a rich diversity of compounds. The acidic fraction is notably abundant in tirucallane-type triterpenes, while the neutral fraction contains a variety of other triterpenoid skeletons.”

As an example, the IFUS Scientific Team is seeking deeper understanding into the following series of sequential and linked topics (Goals and Objectives): 

1. Cell Apoptosis directed by the Mitochondria through mRNA and other RNA’s. 
2. Linkages of the phytochemicals found in Chios Mastic Gum to mRNA (et.al.) and Cell Apoptosis. 
3. Pathways that trigger disease shown to correlate to regulation by Chios Mastic Gum. 
4. Experimentation (statistical patient trials) that links all of this to the IFUS Intact Digest™ Line to include Mastic Gum, the Ionic Minerals, and the fact that IFUS can create an actual emulsification. 
5. The application of the IFUS Intact Nutrition™ line applied as a supplement, a homeopathic medicine, and/or a pharmacological drug in the prevention, mitigation, and amelioration of specific diseases. 

We are reminded of an excerpt from an IFUS White Paper, which provides plausible links of claims (made by the users of our products) and science like that provide by S.A. Blomquist, et.al., (“Mastic Gum: A Promising Phytotherapeutic for Cardiometabolic Health.” Nutrients 2024, 16, 2941.) and offered below:

However, until we can offer further science to that effect, we hold that our supplements, when used properly with good dietary regimes and other health best-practices, can offer humanity a reinforcement of what is good and healthier. Hence, each iteration of research reviewed, when reconciled to claims by customers who report successful and beneficial outcomes from the responsible application of our products, provides insights into the application of Nutri-Mastic™. It would seem that providing better application guidance is requested and the European Medicines Agency as well as 

BenchChem™ reports offer information to that effect. Hence, I have directed our IFUS Scientific Team Members to intensify its efforts with an ever-expanding and deeper initiative. We are determined to provide further elucidation as to the potency and application requirements, so as to further enhance what we believe to be the efficacy of our Intact Digest™ Product Lines, plus all lines utilizing NutriMastic™.
