LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

Jun 29, 2026

Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID

On 4Jun26, 4Mar26 and 11Mar26, three interconnected Shareholder Updates were provided with a focus on the Intact Nutrition™ Line (Intact Digest™ and Intact Endurance™). These updates focused on Gut-Organ Axes. Since then, the IFUS Scientific Team has continued to collect and review data from scientific studies published in juried journals. Much of the focus into this myriad of information has been driven by our stakeholders, who are reporting incredibly promising results from the responsible use of the Intact Nutrition™ Line.

A study published by BenchChem™ in April 2026 titled, “Triterpenoid

Compounds from Chios Mastic Gum: A Technical Guide for Researchers,” offered several profound points as seen in the excerpts below:

  1. “This technical whitepaper provides a comprehensive overview of the triterpenoid compounds found in Chios mastic gum, the resinous exudate from the Pistacia lentiscus L. var. chia tree.”
  2. “Chios mastic gum is a complex mixture of bioactive molecules, with triterpenoids constituting a major and pharmacologically significant fraction, accounting for approximately 65-70% of the resin’s total weight.”
  3. “The triterpenoid profile of Chios mastic gum is characterized by a rich diversity of compounds. The acidic fraction is notably abundant in tirucallane-type triterpenes, while the neutral fraction contains a variety of other triterpenoid skeletons.”
  4. “The anti-inflammatory properties of Chios mastic gum triterpenoids are often evaluated by their ability to inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory mediators in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated macrophages.”
  5. “Triterpenoids from Chios mastic gum have been shown to exert their antiinflammatory effects by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway.”
  6. “The anticancer potential of Chios mastic gum triterpenoids is assessed by their cytotoxic effects on various cancer cell lines.”
  7. The cytotoxic effects of Chios mastic gum extracts on cancer cells are often mediated through the induction of apoptosis, a form of programmed cell death. A key event in this process is the activation of caspases.
  8. The triterpenoid constituents of Chios mastic gum represent a rich source of bioactive compounds with significant therapeutic potential. Their welldefined anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties, mediated through the modulation of key signaling pathways, make them promising candidates for further investigation in drug discovery and development. The standardized protocols and quantitative data presented in this guide are intended to facilitate future research in this exciting field.
Where IFUS is NOT in any way stating that its Intact Nutrition™ Product Lines
assists in the cure of diseases at this time, IFUS is deeply committed to continue its

research and validation so as to offer practical guidance to our customers. This will hopefully enable them to have focused and informed discussions with their respective health care professionals in creating wellness solutions so as to enhance the quality of their lives.

Additionally, we remind our stockholders and broader stakeholders that IFUS has additional information through its White Paper Part 1: Intact Nutrition™ (Intact Digest™ & Intact Endurance™) with Nutri-Mastic™: Effect of Chios Mastic Gum (Pistacia lentiscus) combined with Ionic Minerals on Cardiovascular Function: Introduction and IFUS Point 1.” Like previous White Papers, this new information can be found at Part 1b Intact Nutrition with NutriMastic Effect of Chios Mastic Gum (Pistacia lentiscus) combined with Ionic Minerals on Cardiovascular Function – Impact Fusion International, Inc. or htps://www.impacusionbrands.com/knowledgebase/part-1b-intactnutrionwith-nutri-masceffectofchiosmascgumpistacialenscuscombinedwithionicmineralsoncardiovascularfuncon/

IFUS STRONGLY recommends that every shareholder and stakeholder fully read the European Medicines Agency “Assessment report on Pistacia lentiscus L., resina (mastic)” as well as the “Triterpenoid Compounds from Chios Mastic Gum: A Technical Guide for Researchers.”

The full reports shown above can be found on the IFUS Website at Supporting Documents Archives – Impact Fusion International, Inc. or https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledgebase/category/studies/supporting-documents/

Furthermore, The Full Reports offer information on historical supplementation and homeopathic applications, along with significant and emerging pharmacological data on Chios Mastic Gum supported by scientific studies and patient trials. More is to come, as this is but the tip of the iceberg with what our IFUS Scientific Team is discovering of late.

As an example, the IFUS Scientific Team is seeking deeper understanding into the following series of sequential and linked topics (Goals and Objectives):

  1. Cell Apoptosis directed by the Mitochondria through mRNA and other RNA’s.
  2. Linkages of the phytochemicals found in Chios Mastic Gum to mRNA (et.al.) and Cell Apoptosis.
  3. Pathways that trigger disease shown to correlate to regulation by Chios Mastic Gum.
  4. Experimentation (statistical patient trials) that links all of this to the IFUS Intact Digest™ Line to include Mastic Gum, the Ionic Minerals, and the fact that IFUS can create an actual emulsification.
  5. The application of the IFUS Intact Nutrition™ line applied as a supplement, a homeopathic medicine, and/or a pharmacological drug in the prevention, mitigation, and amelioration of specific diseases.

We are reminded of an excerpt from an IFUS White Paper, which provides plausible links of claims (made by the users of our products) and science like that provide by S.A. Blomquist, et.al., (“Mastic Gum: A Promising Phytotherapeutic for Cardiometabolic Health.” Nutrients 2024, 16, 2941.) and offered below:

“Thanks to one of our stakeholders, we now have an additional study in the work published by BenchChem™, ‘Triterpenoid Compounds from Chios Mastic Gum: A Technical Guide for Researchers.’ When added to the (1) ‘Assessment report on

Pistacia lentiscus L., resina (mastic)’ provided by the European Medicines Agency,

(2) the S.A. Blomquist, et.al., study published in Nutrients in 2024 titled ‘Mastic Gum: A Promising Phytotherapeutic for Cardiometabolic Health,’ (3) any number of scientific studies published in juried journals…many of which are now providing specific statistical trials on diseases identified and/or managed through the application of Chios Mastic Gum, and (4) the broader scientific knowledge garnered for centuries as to the application of Chios Mastic Gum for both health and supplementation, the science being uncovered by our IFUS Scientific Team continues to offer ‘smoking-gun evidence’ as to the efficacy of Chios Mastic Gum. When overlayed to our Intact Digest™ and Intact Endurance™ Product Lines, one begins to ask more serious questions as to application and beneficial efficacy of these products as supplements and beyond in the mitigation and/or amelioration of human illness and disease. However, until we can offer further science to that effect, we hold that our supplements, when used properly with good dietary regimes and other health best-practices, can offer humanity a reinforcement of what is good and healthier. Hence, each iteration of research reviewed, when reconciled to claims by customers who report successful and beneficial outcomes from the responsible application of our products, provides insights into the application of Nutri-Mastic™. It would seem that providing better application guidance is requested and the European Medicines Agency as well as

BenchChem™ reports offer information to that effect. Hence, I have directed our IFUS Scientific Team Members to intensify its efforts with an ever-expanding and deeper initiative. We are determined to provide further elucidation as to the potency and application requirements, so as to further enhance what we believe to be the efficacy of our Intact Digest™ Product Lines, plus all lines utilizing NutriMastic™. We remind our customers that mixing both Intact Digest™ and Intact Endurance™ into Orange Juice is evolving as a potential best-practice for taste, but more so added efficacy. As we learn more, we will certainly offer these new learnings in our corporate ‘Knowledge Base’ and provide an update to you. In doing so we believe we can continue to expand our IMPACT on our stakeholders in a positive manner…for soil, plant, animal, and human health through safe, costeffective, eco-friendly, and sustainable supplementation. This remains our most fundamental outcome. And, in doing so, we believe that you, our shareholders, will benefit,” said Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International.
