Newly Reported Successful Application of Equine Intact™ and SGP+E™ on Thoroughbred Race Horses and Horse Recovery Operations

LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

July 13, 2026

Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID

In a Shareholder Update from 20Aug2025, “IFUS has announced the reestablishment of its Equine Intact™ Line.”

At that time, it was further stated: “A series of trials of late have been conducted on

(1) a Standard Bred 3-year old filly and (2) a horse recovery operation in New Mexico. The successful latter trial has resulted in an additional product formulated specifically for horses: SGP+E™.”

It was also reported that a “Thoroughbred-Filly suffered from ‘Tie-Up.’ After mixing Equine Intact™ into her ration and allowing her to consume this for 10days, the horse placed second in a race without Tie-Up symptoms, while also achieving her second-best racing time. The horse then ran another race a week later and finished first in her field.”

Since then, the owner of several Thoroughbred Race Horses has continued to apply Equine Intact™ to with ever-improving results. Additionally, the horses were relocated the Carolinas for the Winter, which typically proves very stressful on the horses. On both trips, the horses hydrated without prompting, and returned north in better condition than ever before. Additionally, the horses continue to show improved racing performance. Due to regulatory requirements, IFUS cannot at this time provide further details, yet will continue to offer updates to this application of a Nutri-Mastic™-based solution to this market need.

Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion stated: “These results coupled with a previously reported successful applications of SGP+E™ to horse recovery operations in New Mexico and other locations, has us most encouraged about an ever-expanding set of successes, whereby your company’s base technologies, to include Nutri-Mastic™, are providing relief to suffering animals as well as performance gains. We now have requests from other horse operations who desire to test Equine Intact™ as well as SGP+E™. As before, we encourage the responsible use of any and all IFUS products, especially those that are emerging as new applications. Consultation with professionals credentialed in respective areas is absolutely recommended. And, in the interim, our IFUS Scientific Team continues its pursuit of scientific truth so as to provide data to support the application of our products in a safe, responsible, and outcome driven manner.”

In more news, SGP+E™ has been applied to several additional Horse Recovery Operations.

As one such example, an individual in North Carolina provided SGP+E™ to a horse in distress. He reported the following to us after we inquired into the age of SGP+E™ and other details about the application of the product: “I am not sure of the degradation time needed, but the bag I pulled from has been w me since winter.  The horse did eat the 80% mixture right off.  I did observe that it raised its head, chewed intently on the product, then went for a drink of water.  The horse came back to continue eating.  One thing I did not get was stool examples.  The horse travels to a different part of the field to poop.  I did observe the horse excuse himself and go pee, maybe 15 yards away from where he was eating.  I can’t speak to the amount or behavior, but it was full heavy stream and pale yellow in color.  The horse came right back to eating.”

As illustrated in the picture below (Pre-SGP+E™ supplementation), the rib cage is evident as well as the aging and general distress of the horse. As SGP+E™ was being offered, the horse moved towards the feed mix and began to slowly eat it.

Picture 2: Within days of SGP+E™ Supplementation:

In a continued dialogue regarding this particular horse and to better understand the application of SGP+E™, the following was offered: “If SGP+E™ at a lower amount would suffice, then I would ask for a proper ratio.  The 25% SGP+E™ softened the sweet feed considerably. The horse took right to it. From what I’ve learned about senior horses, lots of ranchers wet feed for digestion. Some have concerns about feed being too wet as it can cause health issues. With a proper ratio, I would mention to ranchers that SGP+E™ is a good way to moisten and stretch bags of feed as supplement.”

Additionally, Walkabout Ranch at times mixes horses with its beef herds. The rancher has stated that when he feeds the cattle herd SGP+™, the horse in the pasture becomes a bully and blocks the cattle from getting to the feed until he has eaten his share. The rancher says his horse is thriving with no adverse indications from the consumption of SGP+™. Again, this particular batch of SGP+™ is quite aged, and IFUS contends that it has evolved from optimum feed for cattle (with age) to a supplement than can be supplied to monogastric animals (with care and best feeding practices). In discussions with Dr. Mallory Tate, DVM from SUAREC, he agrees that with the significant and observable shift in the morphology of the fiber as SGP+™ ages, there is plausible observational evidence that SGP+™ can emerge into a supplement for struggling horses and more. And, where IFUS holds that more application testing under the guidance of professionals credentialed in horse ration management, SGP+E™ may well present an alternative to suffering and/or declining monogastric animals like horses, such that the longevity, coupled with quality of life with age both improve. Additionally, healthy horses may well become optimized through SGP+E™ and Equine Intact™ supplementation.

”As our IFUS Scientific Team continues to work with our customers and research partners, the performance-based data being collected is revealing an understanding of both the efficacy and limits of our IFUS Product Line. This brings us greater clarity as to strategic applications of our IFUS Products. Each success story triggers renewed efforts to understand how and why the success was created. We believe this will allow your company to fulfill its commitment to a successful aggressive sales effort,” said Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International.

“We believe we are advancing our ‘IFUS Knowledge Base’ so as to apply our IFUS Product Lines, such that healthier plants and plant-based nutrition leads to healthier animals and humans, while simultaneously providing supplements to further improve the health and well-being of humans, animals, and plants in a costeffective, eco-friendly, and sustainable manner…and with products that actually work.”
