LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

CALLING ALL RANCHERS

Last week our test rancher from Freedom OK, Joe Wilcox was interviewed on KECO 96.5 hosted by Jimmy  Clark …Agriculture Radio Talk Show. The station first went to air in 1982 and serves the Elk City, OK community.

The link to the audio of the interview is found at https://share.google/4p0x01nfbbJncPqaK   As a result of the interview,  Joe has received several calls from ranchers wanting more information about our proprietary cattle formulation SGP+™. Joe is also partnering with a rancher who wants to pre-mix our SGP+™ to deliver to ranchers as a “just in time” delivery program.  This service will eliminate the need for ranchers to mix the feed with products such as cracked corn.

The NWS screwworm crisis is still spreading throughout the USA and government proposed solutions are going to take time. The issue is so concerning to the cattle industry and the USDA, that Secretary Rollins has asked for $228 million to eradicate this invasive species from the USA.  The Texas A&M  has provided guidelines on how to protect and treat your cattle. Texas A&M AgriLife announces New World screwworm fact sheet – AgriLife Today

As previously reported your Company’s scientific team has exhaustively researched how the components of SGP+™ keep the New World Screwworm Fly from infesting beef and dairy herds. Prevention, we have learned, starts with a very healthy cow once fed our revolutionary bovine ration mix, daily. This has been confirmed by both of our test ranches, in Texas and Oklahoma.

One of the many challenges we face at Impact Fusion is getting the attention of lawmakers and decision makers to get an opportunity to make a presentation of our findings. Once again we ask our shareholders and customers to reach out to your Senator or Congressman to alert them on behalf of the lovers of BEEF.  WE HAVE A SOLUTION.

We reported that Joe Wilcox was invited to make a presentation on SGP+™ to ranchers in New Mexico in June.  The owners were so pleased with results of the test feeding that we have secured a new distributor in New Mexico for our SGP+™. The new distributor owns and operates a ranch with many head of cattle and horses.

Our scientific team has conducted and is conducting extensive research with respect to the benefits of eating SGP+™  Given the uniqueness of SGP+™ we feel compelled to share with our stockholders the importance of what your scientific teams has discovered.  While it might on the surface appear to be a complex subject, when you read the result of all the research, you can quickly see how our product is engineered to work.

According to researchers at the Nobel Research Institute, “when combined with other estimates such as forage availability and quality, a diet can be quickly changed to meet the cow’s nutrient requirements rather than waiting for body condition to fall low enough that the producer will notice a change. Manure scoring can indicate the quality of nutrition a cow has had in the past one to three days, while body condition score will indicate the nutritional history of the past several weeks to months.”

Hence, based on reports from the privately-owned IFUS Test Ranches as well as other customers applying SGP+™ to their herds, “Manure Scoring” (developed by Nobel Research Institute) has been applied as a practical navigational tool designed to optimize bovine ration mix so as to create desired herd performance.

Where many ask for traditional methods to measure ration quality, the nature of SGP+™ as a product, yet more so a technology in ration management, “Manure Scoring” reconciled to “Herd Performance Scoring” is proving incredibly successful.

The Herd Performance Results based on the performance of SGP+™ as a part of an evolving superior ration management product and technology is further supported by the following data:

  1. V.T.D. (In Vitro Total Digestibility) results of Sugarcane Bagasse as compared to SGP+™:
    1. Testing performed by the L.S.U. Southeast Research Station Forage Quality Lab demonstrated a marked I.V.T.D. improvement of SGP+™ as compared to Sugarcane Bagasse (47.5% vs 32.0%, respectively). Whereby this analysis alone SGP+ should NOT produce the Herd Performance claimed by ranchers and dairymen, per Dr. Mike McCormick, it does beg the question as to what caused this significant improvement in I.V.T.D.
  2. Lignin Analysis on Sugarcane Bagasse as Compared to Manure Lignin Analysis on Score 3 Manure Pats from a beef herd fed 90% SGP+™/10% Cracked Corn:
    1. Forage / Manure Analysis Comparison suggests SGP+™ is being digested and producing both CP and TDN required for Bovine Herd Performance.
    2. A series of Forage analyses performed by L.S.U. Southeast Research Station Forage Quality Lab showed Sugarcane Bagasse used in the formulation of SGP+™ to contain roughly 28% lignin.
    3. However, the lignin concentration decreased to 19% in an 85% SGP+™/15% Cracked Corn ration mix (as analyzed by Cumberland Valley Analytical Services).
    4. Furthermore, in Manure Analysis performed on Score 3 Manure Pats resulting from the 85/15 mix, showed a further decrease in lignin content to 7-9% (as analyzed by Cumberland Valley Analytical Services).
    5. Cumberland also noted undigested cracked corn in the original manure sample. Of interest Sugarcane Bagasse (SB) is high in S-Lignin, where Corn is high in G-Lignin. Studies indicate that White-Rot Fungi and other microbes naturally found in SB target the S-Lignin for degradation and depolymerization.
  3. Manure Analysis performed by Texas A&M on 80%SGP+/20%DG (Distillers Grain):
    1. “Cow Weight and Body Condition: All sampled cows weighed around 1,250-1,300 lbs and had a Body Condition Score ~6 (on a 1-9 scale). A BCS of 6 means they were in good flesh – neither too thin nor overly fat, which is ideal for cows nursing calves. Maintaining this condition indicates the feed is keeping them healthy.”
    2. Of note, is that these Score 6 cows were purchased as Score 1 & 2.
    3. However, other parts of the A&M analysis were reached based on a misunderstanding that SGP+™ is NOT untreated Sugarcane Bagasse.
    4. The A&M report continually refers to the SGP+™ as “bagasse”. SGP+™ uses bagasse as one of multiple ingredients. And, based on photographic and microscopic analysis, untreated Sugarcane Bagasse is VERY different from SGP+™. This confusion resulted from a miscommunication as to the nature of SGP+™.
    5. Furthermore, the A&M analysis concludes that the results indicated that more study of SGP+™ is warranted due to seemingly unexpected positive Herd Performance outcomes.

Hence, if one considers (1) the photographic evidence presented in the IFUS Part 1 White Paper  https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledge-base/part-1-plausible-scientific-evidence-of-the-efficacy-ofsgptm-in-bovine-herd-performance-through-ration-management/ of the transformation of untreated Sugarcane Bagasse(SB) as compared to SGP+™,  (2) I.V.T.D. improvements from untreated SB as compared to SGP+™, (3) Forage/Manure Analysis demonstrating a trend line of decreased lignin concentration when compared to untreated SB to SGP+™ to manure, (4) improvements to Manure Score 3 pats, and (5) reported improvements in overall Herd Performance, then IFUS holds that where present analysis methods in isolation cannot explain the efficacy of SGP+™, when taken as a series of data points and interconnected from starting ingredients to Herd Performance the overall trajectory demonstrates that:

  1. Lignin in the Sugarcane Bagasse (SB) when transformed into SGP+™ is being degraded and depolymerized.
  2. This SGP+™ is in fact being converted into CP and TDN as indicated by Score 3 Manure Pats and Herd Performance.
  3. SGP+™ has demonstrated efficacy in the improvement of Herd Performance.

In sum, “IT WORKS” as it was designed to work. Cattle are healthier, they are better hydrated, they attract no flies, and, in fact, repel the parasite known as the NWS Screwworm fly. Furthermore, the herds gain more healthy weight and fetch more at auction. Their livers are not diseased, which can account for incredible losses in the value of the cow.

As your CEO and the inventor of this technology, I firmly support the research as noted above, as I have witnessed it with my own eyes. In ranching communities where they continue to struggle with the effects of drought, herds being fed SGP+™ are thriving. Our research team has now uncovered any number of scientific studies published in juried journals that demonstrate that many of the active ingredients that are creating healthier cows, better quantity and quality of milk and meat, and reduced Greenhouse Gas Emissions are found in SGP+™. Your company is providing financial viability to our beef and dairy customers who are applying SGP+™ as part of their ration management.
