In a Part 1 Shareholder Update on 5 Aug 2025 and a Part 2 Shareholder Update on 13Aug2025, your company offered plausible scientific evidence as to the efficacy of SGP+™ and Nutri-Mastic™ on human and bovine hepatic (i.e., liver) function. The information provided was based on scientific studies and trials being conducted by scientists unaffiliated with Impact Fusion International. These studies are reflective of a surge of research on natural phytochemicals, many of which are found in Chios Mastic Gum, Carob, and/or Sugarcane as well as Sugarcane Bagasse. Hence, logic and emerging evidence suggests that these same phytochemicals are also found in Nutri-Mastic™, SGP+™, and SupremeAG™. Your IFUS Scientific Team is working in conjunction with ranchers and dairymen applying Nutri-Mastic™ and SGP+™, customers using Nutri-Mastic™, horsemen applying both Nutri-Mastic and SGP+™, and Outside Research Scientists testing Nutri-Mastic™, SGP+™, and SupremeAG™ in formal trials (to include Animal Scientists, Plant Physiologists, DVMs, and more).
We committed to a three-part Shareholder Update–the third of which being a focus on SupremeAG™. Due to the complexity, Part 3 will be divided into three subparts: Part 3a, Part 3b, and Part 3c. Where plants do not have livers, the phytochemicals purported to be found in the active ingredients in the IFUS Product Lines are seemingly found in SupremeAG™. Of note is emerging research on the impact of plant-based phytochemicals on improved liver function.
Many scientists, ranchers, dairymen, farmers and more are calling for improved natural, eco-friendly solutions that produce healthier plants, trees, and crops without the application of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. To this point, this Part 3a Shareholder Update is designed to reflect the efforts being expended by your company to validate SupremeAG™ and the other IFUS Product Lines. In studies like that published by Canellas, L.P., Olivares, F.L. “Physiological responses to humic substances as plant growth promoter.” Chem. Biol. Technol. Agric. 1, 3 (2014). https://doi.org/10.1186/2196-5641-1-3, Figure 1 illustrates the effect of Humic Substances on healthy plant growth.

The study states in the Abstract: “Humic substances (HS) have been widely recognized as a plant growth promoter mainly by changes on root architecture and growth dynamics, which result in increased root size, branching and/or greater density of root hair with larger surface area. Stimulation of the H+-ATPase activity in cell membrane suggests that modifications brought about by HS are not only restricted to root structure, but are also extended to the major biochemical pathways since the driving force for most nutrient uptake is the electrochemical gradient across the plasma membrane.”
As numerous studies tell us that both Sugarcane and Sugarcane Bagasse contain Humic Substances, Impact Fusion has taken SupremeAG™ and aged it. In Picture 1 we find untreated Sugarcane Bagasse. In Picture 2 we find formulated SupremeAG™. In Picture 3, we find formulated SupremeAG™ aged for X-years. Note the difference in fiber structure and color.

Per the science, our IFUS Scientific Team is reviewing the literature, as well as the results being reported on successful application of SupremeAG™ to iron- and acid-loving plants, trees, shrubs, and more. At present, Supreme AG™ is being shown to produce outstanding growth, blossoms, fruit, and nut production with reduced water requirements on a reduced or eliminated need for synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides when used with Best Gardening Practices and applied to plants that welcome the phytochemicals contained in the product. This evidence will be presented in Part 3b and 3c updates to follow.
In other news, your company committed to an aggressive sales effort. This past week bales of SGP+™ were delivered to a dairy in Kansas. At present, this dairy is milking 75-Holsetin Heifers, with 100-Holstein Heifers in total in the operation. An independent sales / technical service representative (who is a degreed Animal Scientist and Rancher successfully applying SGP+™ to his beef herds) is assisting the dairy in successful application of the SGP+™. This has led to a first order from the dairy of 24-tons (std.). Performance Measures have been established to monitor the efficacy of
SGP+™ to the dairy. These include: (1) Milk Fat, (2) Milk Volume, (3) Bag Size, (4) Fly presence, and (5) the reduction of total feed / head / day while sustaining performance and reducing costs / environmental impacts. The intention of this dairy, which is representative of the region, is to replace Cotton Seed Hull with SGP+™.
