LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
May 13, 2026
Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID
Impact Fusion International is pleased to share a report published by the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center (SUAREC). The report suggests that SupremeAG™ is showing promising results, when applied as a mulch.
The report states: “SupremeAG™ treated bagasse resulted in the highest overall fruit yield compared with soil control and untreated bagasse mulch. However, crop specific responses were observed.”
The report goes on to state: “Tomato, eggplant, and bell pepper produced higher fruit yields under SGP+ treated bagasse, while okra responded more positively to regular bagasse mulch.” (Please note that SGP+™ when treated through IFUS’s Proprietary Formulation and Processing Technology results in SupremeAG™.)
Additionally, the report states, “Research is under progress to determine the impact of SupremeAG™ on soil microbes, C/N ratio, soil pH, and allelopathy, which might influence production.”
A copy of the report can be found below as well as on the IFUS website at https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledge-base/suarec-evaluation-ofsupremeag-on-vegetable-growth-and-yield/
Furthermore, a series of IFUS White Papers and Trials can be found at the Knowledge Base Tab at https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledgebase/category/studies/supreme-ag/.
These papers provide plausible scientific evidence in support of SUAREC’s efforts and focus on the health and availability of soil microbes, C/N ratios, soil pH, and allelopathy. This evidence is garnered by research conducted across the globe and as a rule, published in juried journals.

For several years now, IFUS has reported on the efforts of SUAREC to provide evidenced-based science that illustrates the efficacy and/or limitations of SupremeAG™. These efforts have been driven by the Louisiana Legislature under HCR42-2024.
“Louisiana Bagasse Utilization Bill (HCR42, 2024)
Louisiana House Concurrent Resolution 42 (HCR42) is a bipartisan 2024 legislative measure aimed at expanding the economic use of sugarcane bagasse — the fibrous byproduct left after sugarcane juice extraction — by encouraging research into alternative applications.
Purpose and Scope
The bill urges and requests the Louisiana State University AgCenter and the Southern University AgCenter to collaborate on a study of alternative uses for sugarcane bagasse, with the goal of making recommendations that could benefit sugarcane producers economically www.legis.la.gov+1. It was introduced by Representative Larry Bagley and passed unanimously in both chambers. Legislative Outcome

Secretary of State www.legis.la.gov.
Background and Motivation
The bill was influenced by testimony from Dr. Clyde (Pat) Bagley and Louisiana’s
Agricultural Commissioner, Dr. Michael Strain www.impactfusionbrands.com+1. Bagley, now Director of the Southern University Agricultural and Research Center (SUAREC) Beef Research Unit, has been exploring ways to break down lignin in bagasse to make it digestible for cattle, potentially as a supplement, partial feed, or even hay replacement www.impactfusionbrands.com.
Industry partners, including Impact Fusion International, have been testing bagassebased products like SGP+™, which reportedly improves cattle health and reduces fly presence www.impactfusionbrands.com.
Potential Benefits
- Economic diversification for sugarcane producers by finding new markets for bagasse beyond biofuel.
- Improved animal feed through novel, digestible bagasse products.
- Research-driven innovation to address waste and value-add opportunities in Louisiana’s sugarcane industry.
Next Steps
While HCR42 is a resolution (not an enforceable statute), it sets the stage for statefunded research and could influence future legislation or funding priorities for bagasse utilization. The study’s findings may lead to pilot programs, policy changes, or new industry standards.
In summary, HCR42 is a forward-looking bipartisan effort to turn sugarcane bagasse from waste into a valuable resource through targeted research and collaboration between LSU AgCenter and SUAREC www.legis.la.gov+2.”
“We are deeply appreciative of SUAREC’s efforts and the support from the
Louisiana Legislature and Agricultural Commissioner, the Honorable Dr. Mike Strain. IFUS Napoleonville, LA plant is located in a HUBZ-1 Designated Area and surrounded by sugarcane and cattle operations. The economic impact provided by our joint efforts to the State of Louisiana and broader global sugarcane and cattle community is humbling. Louisiana enjoys world-wide distinction for its efforts in these areas. As stated before, the science is suggesting to us in a significant way that if you improve the soil, you then improve the plants, trees, and shrubs. Subsequently, if you improve the plants, trees, and shrubs, then you improve the animals and humans that consume these as well as the produce that is supplied. This includes human consumption of the animals and the products derived by them. As nutritive-rich foods become possible and prevalent, you then create a renewed cycle of integrated health and well-being for the soil, the plants, the animals, and humans. Doing so in an eco-friendly, cost-effective, and sustainable manner and by utilizing all-natural ingredients, IFUS intends to create a dynamic whereby safe and healthy outcomes are provided not only to the State of Louisiana, but the broader global community. This includes ingredients derived from the utilization of annually produced and sustainable biomass materials. In doing so, we believe that you, our stockholders along with our broader stakeholders, will benefit,” said Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International.
