LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
May 28, 2026
Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID
On 7Nov2025, IFUS posted a World-Wide Press Release, titled: Impact Fusion
International Inc. is pleased to announce that the “Florida Statewide Organization (FSO) of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., ‘has launched an Agricultural Committee to Test Impact Fusion’s Proprietary Technology Against Citrus Greening, Citrus Canker, Increased Fruit Tree Yield, Increased Chicken Egg Production, and Producing Quality Beef Without New World Screwworms Infections with a targeted effort to Decrease Food Insecurity.’”
The Press Release goes on to state: “Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., the esteemed international historically Black Greek-letter organization, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. – Lifting as we Climb (oppf.org) proudly announced the formation of its statewide Agricultural Committee in Florida. This initiative is designed to harness the innovative SupremeAG™, SGP+™, and Intact Digest™ technologies developed by Impact Fusion International. This technology is designed to empower communities to address food insecurity, echoing the fraternity’s cardinal principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. Members of this fraternity are affectionately known as ‘Ques’.”
This commitment to a Citrus Trial, to determine the efficacy of SupremeAG™ in dealing with serious issues confronting Citrus Growers in Florida and across the U.S., was limited due to weather conditions that disrupted the availability of new citrus trees and delayed planting due to extreme cold; hence, impacting a more comprehensive trial. While a limited Cirtus Trial is underway with existing planted Citrus Trees, the “Ques” added Blazing Prince Peach Trees, purchased dry-root from Lane Southern Orchards. The “Ques” pre-determined the peach trees had to be supplied by a reputable producer.
“Lane Southern Orchards, located just outside of Fort Valley, Georgia, has been growing peaches and pecans for over 100 years. The farm spans nearly 11,000 acres, offering visitors a chance to enjoy freshly picked peaches, pecans, and homemade treats from their roadside market. It is a testament to Georgia’s agricultural heritage, providing a genuine slice of Southern charm.”

These trees were inspected for health and transported under code per U.S.D.A. regulations and delivered to the IFUS’ LA Test Farm and various Chapters, Members, and friends of the “Ques.”

The Florida Ques have provided photographic evidence and commentary of their respective trials with the Blazing Prince Peach Trees. The commentary and photographs are found below.
Picture 1: Blazing Prince Peach Trees grouped and planted in a high-density planting plot and in Native North Floridian Soil to illustrate the efficacy of SupremeAG™ on stressed and dry-root peaches. The trail consisted as follows: (a) control planted Native Soil with no SAG™, (b) Native Soil with about 3-inches of SAG™ applied as mulch, (c) Native Soil amended and mulched with about 50% SAG™, and (d) Native Soil amended and mulched with about 75% SAG™.

Picture 2: Within 1-week into trial, Blazing Prince Peach Trees grouped and planted in Native Floridian Soil with SupremeAG™ budded, where the pure Floridan Soil Trees remained bare.

Picture 3: Single Blazing Prince Peach Tree Planted by a “Que” in Mongomery, AL with soil amened with SAG™.

Picture 4: Same tree shown in Picture 3 (2-months later):

IFUS contends that this is further evidence of the efficacy of SupremeAG™ as applied specifically to Peach Trees. Furthermore, this information is being used to broaden and deepen the review of published studies from juried journals so as to provide (1) plausible scientifically-based explanations, (2) guidance, (3) extrapolated and interpolated overlays to other plants, trees, and shrubs, and (4) substantive data from statistical trials to validate or clarify the science and subsequent applications of the product as a technology.
Picture 5 offers a comparative view of the Blazing Prince Peach Trees planted on the IFUS Test Farm in Louisiana. Where soil, climate, watering, and more are different, one thing remains in common…the application of SAG™ as a soil amendment and mulch. The darkest and healthiest trees are those planted in pure SAG™. Note the dark green in comparison to the striated colors.

Picture 6 offers another Blazing Prince Peach Tree in the trial. This particular sample is planted in a 30/30/30 blend of Top Soil, Processed Cow Manure with Humus, and SAG™, then mulched with 3” of SAG™. It requires less water than traditional cultivation, yet more water than the trees planted in SAG™ alone. It is comparable to the tree planted in Alabama and shown in Picture 4 above:

There is NO question that the Blazing Prince Peach Trees planted dry-root in pure
SAG™ on the IFUS Test Farm in Louisiana as well as the trees planted by the Florida Ques et.al. in soil amended and mulched with SupremeAG™ are outperforming by an order of magnitude the other trees in the trial. This data is being added to a more comprehensive report under development.
As a reminder, SUAREC issued a report that suggests that SupremeAG™ is showing promising results, when applied as a mulch.
The report states: “SupremeAG™ treated bagasse resulted in the highest overall fruit yield compared with soil control and untreated bagasse mulch. However, crop specific responses were observed.”
The report goes on to state: “Tomato, eggplant, and bell pepper produced higher fruit yields under SGP+™ treated bagasse, while okra responded more positively to regular bagasse mulch.” (Please note that SGP+™ when treated through IFUS’s Proprietary Formulation and Processing Technology results in SupremeAG™.)
Additionally, the report offers, “Research is under progress to determine the impact of SupremeAG™ on soil microbes, C/N ratio, soil pH, and allelopathy, which might influence production.”
A copy of the SUAREC report can be on the IFUS website at https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledge-base/suarec-evaluation-of-supremeag-on-vegetable-growth-and-yield/
Furthermore, a series of IFUS White Papers and Trials can be found at the Knowledge Base Tab at https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledgebase/category/studies/supreme-ag/.
These papers provide plausible scientific evidence in support of SUAREC’s efforts and focus on the health and availability of soil microbes, C/N ratios, soil pH, and allelopathy. This evidence is garnered by research conducted across the globe and as a rule, published in juried journals.
“The efforts of the Florida Statewide Organization (FSO) of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. are both humbling and inspiring. It is part of the ever-growing success of SupremeAG™ and other IFUS Product Lines. Fix the soil so we can fix the plant…such that the animals and humans that eat the plants or the bounty these produce, can then positively affect the health and well-being of the planet as a whole to include the humans and the animals. Doing so in a eco-friendly, costeffective, and sustainable manner, whereby we contribute to the security of our global food-supply, while increasing the nutritive value of said supply, continues to drive the efforts of your company. In doing so, we believe that you, our stockholders along with our broader stakeholders, will benefit,” said Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International.
