Yesterday, February 11, 2026, your company remitted its 4^th Quarter and Year-End 

2025 Financials. Both the 3rd and 4th Quarter of 2025 proved profitable. This Financial Information can be found at OTC.

The Intact Digest™ Line reflected 3rdQ and 4thQ Growth. The strategic addition of three additional products supports these numbers. The products include: 

• Equine Intact™ 
• Pet Intact™ 
• AIT™ 

We have now developed 5-markets for our product lines. 

SGP+™ / SupremeAG™ backorders continue to expand as the upgrade to the Napoleonville Operation is on-going. World-wide interest has been generated with our expanding Knowledge Base. Recent successful Trials are having a positive impact on inquiries submitted to your company. 

We also have proven success with our SGP+2.0™ Product Line. Furthermore, our IFUS Scientific Team is exploring the replication of other SGP+™ products using regional Sugarcane Bagasse from different parts of the globe. Additionally, initial research is underway in the use of other lignin-rich grasses that can be blended on location to mimic Sugarcane Bagasse. The intent is to reduce the need to ship bagasse or finished product long distances, by using local biomass sources that are presently waste materials. In doing so, IFUS further advances its commitment to eco-friendly, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions through “Research, Validation, and Commercialization of Technology.”
