Impact Fusion International is pleased to announce that it has released its Fiscal 2nd Quarter Financials with now 6-Fiscal Quarters of positive Profit to Earnings (P/E) as well as a profitable 2025.

Your company took specific action to maintain IFUS’s positive P/E ratio. This included cost-saving measures, and a focus on IFUS marketing and sales as well as a significant push to utilize what science is available to us to address customer concerns.  

Since that strategy was implemented, IFUS has now posted 6 Consecutive Quarters of a positive P/E ratio, to include a profitable Year-End 2025 as stated below: 

• 1st Qtr ending 12/31/2024 Profitable 
• 2nd Qtr ending 3-31-2025 Profitable 
• 3rd Qtr ending 6-30-2025 Profitable 
• Annual 9-30-2025 Profitable (Both 4^th Qtr & Year-End Profitable) 
• 1st Qtr ending 12-31-2025 Profitable 
• 2nd Qtr ending 3-31-2026 Profitable 

As a reminder IFUS’ Fiscal year begins on 1Oct and ends on 30Sept of the next year. 

Our strategy, which was communicated via a 15Sep2025 Shareholder Update, remains in effect. As we strive to expand upon this positive momentum, we continue to improve our strategic plan with tactical implementation. 

IFUS remains committed to eco-friendly, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions supported by products and technology. Our goal remains ever-important, that being to IMPACT our stakeholders in a positive manner…for soil, plant, animal, and human health. This remains our most fundamental outcome. 

This commitment includes products supported and leveraged by science and technology. Hence, our product lines are expanding to position IFUS for broader and deeper market penetration. And, with the commissioning of the newly purchased Selco/Mosley Badger Double Ram Press designed specifically to IFUS specifications, IFUS will improve its corporate Footprint by increasing the efficiency and throughput of SGP+™, SGP+2.0™, and SupremeAG™ (SAG™). This is particularly significant when considering international and domestic inquiries into these Product Lines. We are also finding similar interest in all other IFUS Product Lines. 

As an example of broader market penetration, the existing Ram Press machine onsite is being retrofitted to increase production of SupremeOR™ (SOR™).
