LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
July 26, 2026
Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID
As customers continue to offer feedback on the application of Nutri-Mastic™ and SAG™, IFUS has deepened and broadened its scientific focus so as to offer plausible explanations as to the efficacy of both products. This expanded focus includes research presently underway at the Southern University Agriculture Research and Extension Center (SUAREC) as well as new projects to evaluate and further elucidate the efficacy of both Nutri-Mastic™ and SAG™.
Additionally, the efforts of the Florida “Ques” continue with recent photographs of Blazing Prince Peach (BPP) Trees as illustrated by Picture 1: Late March 2026 Planting in SAG™ amended and mulched soil at roughly 2-ft of height:

Picture 2: BPP Tree Progress in Mid-June 2026 (New Growth from roughly 2’ to 4’6” in height, which equals to nearly 2-1/2 Feet of Growth in about 75-days).

Furthermore, additional reports supported by pictorial qualitative evidence provide impetus for this deepened and broadened scientific focus and effort.A customer writes: “On Sunday May 11, 2025 I received a bouquet of cut flowers from Costco. I immediately trimmed the stems and placed in a vase treated with Intact Digest™. I did not take a picture that day. But when I noticed how fresh they still were on the 18th, I started to photograph the bouquet.” (See Picture 3 below)

“As you can see, the flowers continued to look fresh and delicate until May 29, 2025…18 days after I received them.” (See Picture 4 below)

“I once again removed them from the vase and trimmed them and added fresh Intact Digest™. On the 29th of May, I also noticed that some of the stems showed regrowth” as illustrated by Picture 5 below:

“Around Jun 1st, an additional picture was taken of the blooms still thriving from Mother’s Day 2025 (11May25). These blooming flowers lasted 21-days from the time of delivery from the store once treated with Intact Digest™ with NutriMastic™.” This has become a practice for this customer every time she receives cut flowers. (See Picture 6 below)

Additionally, Blazing Prince Peach (BBP) Trees planted in pure SAG™ in MidMarch 2026 have outperformed by an order of magnitude the other BPP Trees in the trial. Furthermore, the trees planted in pure SAG™ have required 50% less water than the trees planted in commercial soil and fertilized with commercial time-release fertilizer. (See Picture 7 BPP/SAG™ and Picture 8 BPP/Commercial Soil and Fertilizer below)

Please note that hydration of the trees is governed by the dryness of the soil of the BPP Trees planted in commercial soil with controlled-released fertilizer. Hence, all trees are watered at the same time with the SAG™ BPP Trees receiving 50% less water.
