New SGP+™ Trials Under Way and Back-Orders Being Filled – Impact Fusion International Retrofitted Machinery Boosts Production Capacity & Efficiency: Part 3

LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

October 12, 2026

Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID

Where we are deeply grateful that our Napoleonville, LA facility was spared the impacts of Hurricane Isaias, we ask all our stakeholders to do that which they are capable in assisting IFUS’ neighbors just to the east. We are today quite experienced in the devastation left behind as our local communities continue their recovery from Hurricane Ida (2021). Recovery from such an event is no small matter and can take a decade.

We begin with a brief update as to the progress being made on our 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Business Plan. For months now we have been gathering data, focusing on marketing and sales, and balancing a critical path upgrade for the production of both SGP+™ and SAG™. As NPU1 is a uniquely integrated retrofitted piece of equipment with added components designed specifically for IFUS, no such integrated machine exists on the planet.

Hence, each day, the IFUS Engineering, Design, Commissioning, and Product Teams work to optimize the design so as to sustain the first production milestone of 1-bale per minute in a consistent run. IFUS is pleased to report that several consistent runs have been achieved with data collected and adjustments to the equipment, all being applied to sustain IFUS’ first production milestone.

This has resulted in more than enough SGP+™ to fill present back-orders and move IFUS into filling new orders. This added milestone is tempered by continued Herd Performance Trials on the newly refined SGP+™ formulation, which has been driven by significant improvements in IFUS’ proprietary production capabilities.

Additionally, feedback being remitted to IFUS from the current trials is most encouraging as demonstrated by the commentary and pictures below. At a dairy near Harper, KS, Joe Wilcox has been assisting in the application of SGP+™ as both a product and a NPEBR™ technology so as to optimize Herd Performance to include increased dairy operation revenue and decreased costs. His efforts are being driven by Manure Scoring along with other qualitative and more importantly quantitative tests that are underway. Manure Scoring results are illustrated in the pictures below:

Score 1 Manure Pat prior to feeding SGP+™

CP and TDN for Manure Score 1 in Cattle

A manure score of 1 in cattle typically corresponds to a diet with >20% crude protein (CP) and >68% total digestible nutrients (TDN). Noble Research Institute.

Understanding a Score 1 Cow Manure Pat

A manure score of 1 means the manure is more liquid than solid, with a “cream soup” consistency, often grayish, and indicates rumen upset or a diet that is too easily digested. Purina.

What a Score 1 Manure Pat Looks Like

  • Consistency: Liquid-like, creamy, not holding a solid shape. Purina.
  • Color: Often gray or pale brown. Purina.
  • Form: No defined pat; passes through the rumen very quickly. Purina.
  • Cause: The rumen is not functioning optimally; feed is passing through too fast, often due to acidosis or a diet with excess protein, carbohydrates, or minerals and low fiber. Purina.
  • Common in: Feedlot diets or when forage quality is very high and digestible. Purina.

Why It Matters

A score 1 manure pat is a short-term “report card” on rumen function — it signals that the cow’s diet is not balanced for optimal fiber digestion, and nutrients are being wasted in the manure rather than absorbed. This can also mean the cow is at risk of rumen health issues. Purina.

How to Improve a Score 1 Manure Pat

According to Purina and Noble Research Institute:

1. Increase fiber – Add quality hay or other long-stem forage to slow passage and improve rumen function.

2. Adjust diet balance – Reduce excess protein, starch, or minerals; ensure the ration is not overly digestible.

3. Work with a nutritionist – Tailor supplementation to improve rumen microbial balance and forage digestibility.

4. Monitor and adjust – Check manure score regularly to track changes in diet and rumen health.

Example: Adding 1–2% of dry matter hay to a feedlot diet can thicken manure from a score 1 to a healthier score 2 or 3. Purina.

Bottom line: A score 1 manure pat is a warning sign that the cow’s diet is too easily digested and the rumen is under stress. Corrective action should focus on increasing fiber and rebalancing the ration to restore rumen health and improve feed efficiency. Purina.

Hence, applying SGP+™ as a NPEBR™ technology, has this dairy adjusting its ration to include SGP+™ with their respective Ration Management.

This is resulting in the transformation of Score 1 Manure Pats, like that illustrated above into Score 3-minus Manure Pats like that illustrated below.

Per the Nobel Research Institute, “Score 3: 12-15% CP; 62-70% TDN of diet. Manure score 3 is ideal and will typically start to take on a normal pat form. The consistency will be similar to thick pancake batter. It will exhibit a slight divot in the middle. The pat will be deeper than a score 2 pat, but will not stack. This diet is not lacking nutritionally, yet is not in excess for the cow and her physiological stage.”

These pats transformed in a little over 1 week of SGP+™ supplementation. As shown in Pic 2: Score 3-minus Manure Pat in just over 1-week of feeding SGP+™:

Score 3-minus Manure Pat after feeding SGP+™

As IFUS seeks to maximize Herd Performance using Manure Scoring as a guide, SGP+™ ratios are being adjusted to create solid Score 3 Manure Pats. As the Score 3 Manure Pats become a consistent and prevalent norm, IFUS expects Milk Volume, Milk Fat and NDF to improve along with the mitigation and/or amelioration of fly populations. These latter measures may well take further adjustments in the ration mix as well as time as history has shown that new herds being introduced SGP+™ can take as much as 90-120 days to achieve steady-state results. However, the rapid shift in improved Manure Scores remains most encouraging.

NPU1, our new manufacturing equipment is now producing product that is capable of meeting back orders, new orders, and future potential renewal orders from existing customers along with new dairy and cattle ranchers testing our product for the first time.
