Impact Fusion International is pleased to share with you a significant update regarding IFUS’ s growth strategy. To meet growing market demand for both SPG+™ and SupremeAG™, as well as enhance our production efficiency, further defining our processing Footprint, and improve our cost structures, IFUS has purchased a Selco/Mosley Badger Double Ram Press. Delivery and installation are planned for the 1^st Week of June 2026. 

Following a thorough evaluation of our market position as reflected by increasing customer demand and back orders, the Company approved a significant strategic investment in expanding our production capacity. The investment will enable IFUS to also designate the existing machinery (once retrofitted) to produce SupremeOR™ an all-natural Oil Remediation material.

The rated throughput of the machine will allow IFUS to address concerns for customers wanting larger orders fulfilled daily. Large cattle and dairy operations can easily require 300-bales/day (or more).  The new machinery will enable us to initially produce 2400-bales per day (while using only 50% of the new machine’s rated throughput. At present both SGP+™ and SupremeAG™ are priced at $125/2000-lb bale, easily justifying this OPEX/CAPEX investment. 

Furthermore, this machinery is significantly more advanced than the previous machine, as it has both analog and digital capabilities, enabling us to troubleshoot with the manufacturer (should it be required).  These features can dramatically reduce down time, improve product production efficiency, overall product consistency and quality anywhere there is internet access.  

Investment Focus & Key Milestones: 

The expansion project focuses on upgrading our primary production site in 

Napoleonville, LA by upgrading the machinery. This change advances our ability to cost-effectively replicate our Corporate Production Footprint both domestically and globally. 

The new equipment will allow us to: 

• Increase production capacity and reduce lead times.
• Improve product quality and consistency.
• Lower operational costs through energy efficiency and automation.
