Dermatophilosis plus New Reported Success on SupremeAG™ Application to Watermelon Production
LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
August 11, 2025
Napoleonville, LA IFUS: OTCID
A clinical trial is underway at the Southern University Agricultural Research and
Education Center (SUAREC) under the guidance of Dr. Mallory Tate, DVM, RBP, DACLAM. This work is a continuation of SURAEC’s efforts initially kicked-off in concurrence with the Joint Louisiana Legislative Bill HCR-42 2024, that “Urges and requests the Louisiana State University AgCenter and the Southern University Ag Center to work together to study alternative uses of sugarcane bagasse and to make recommendations on how such alternatives can be used to benefit sugarcane producers economically.”
Key to successful Sugarcane Bagasse utilization is IFUS’ Proprietary Formulation SGP+™. Nutri-Mastic™ is a key component of the SGP+™ formulation.
Dr. Tate’s study titled, Efficacy of “Intact Digest by Impact Fusion Technologies” Topical Spray for Bovine Rain Rot will focus on “Weaned beef or dairy cattle naturally affected by rain rot. Target Age: 6-12 months (weaned calves). Number of Animals: Approximately 12 animals will be enrolled. The number of animals will be determined by the availability of suitable cases on participating farms. Note: With a smaller sample size, the study will provide preliminary observational data, but statistical power to detect subtle effects or generalize findings will be limited.”
The Primary Objective of the study is intended “To describe the clinical healing progression and reduction in lesion severity of naturally occurring rain rot in weaned cattle treated with “Intact Digest™ by Impact Fusion Technologies” topical spray applied every two weeks.”
Secondary Objectives will include:
- To document the duration of clinical improvement and any recurrence of rain rot lesions following bi-weekly application of the novel topical spray.
- To observe and record the safety and any adverse effects associated with the bi-weekly topical application of “Intact Digest™ by Impact Fusion Technologies” spray under field conditions.
- To qualitatively assess the overall impact on animal comfort and general well-being.
Dr Tate holds that, “Under field conditions, the bi-weekly application of “Intact Digest™ by Impact Fusion Technologies” topical spray will be associated with a favorable clinical resolution of rain rot lesions in weaned cattle.
Dr. Tate states: “Dermatophilosis, commonly known as “rain rot” or “rain scald,” is a prevalent bacterial skin infection in cattle, caused by Dermatophilosis congolensis. This opportunistic pathogen thrives in wet, humid conditions and often gains entry through compromised skin, leading to characteristic matted hair, crusts, and underlying inflammation. While typically not life-threatening, rain rot can cause discomfort, lead to secondary infections, and result in economic losses due to hide damage and reduced animal performance. Current treatments primarily involve keeping animals dry, manual removal of scabs, topical antimicrobial washes (e.g., chlorhexidine), and systemic antibiotics for severe cases. Despite these interventions, effective and easy-to-administer topical solutions that accelerate healing and prevent recurrence are continually sought.”

Dr. Tate goes on to propose that “‘Intact Digest™ by Impact Fusion Technologies’ is a novel product, here conceptualized as a topical spray, that is hypothesized to offer a new approach to managing skin conditions. This study aims to evaluate the outcomes of using this topical spray for treating rain rot in weaned cattle under practical, real-world farm conditions, with treatment applied every two weeks.”
“Our relationship with SURAEC continues to involve as SupremeAG™ continues to be evaluated by Dr. Devaiah Kambiranda and his team. This additional study on Nutri-Mastic™ and SGP+™ by Dr. Tate and his team is most encouraging.
Coupled with the comprehensive literature review conducted by our Scientific Team, continued herd trials by ranchers and dairymen applying SGP™ as part of their respective ration management, and success stories from our customers on Nutri-Mastic™, SGP+™, and SupremeAG™, we believe we are building a substantive case for the efficacies of our respective product lines,” said Marc Walther, IFUS CEO.
In other developments, SupremeAG™ is also being tested on our Louisiana Test Farm. Recent evidence of its successful application to the growth and production of Watermelons was provided to us. Four (4) Watermelon seeds were planted in an elevated bed for proper drainage and mulched with about 6″ of SupremeAG™. No fertilizers or pesticides were applied. The vines extend nearly 25-ft in either direction and as of this week 6 large melons have formed without blemish as well as another 6 younger melons on the vines as you can see in the picture below. Watermelons can be very difficult to grow in this part of Louisiana due to extreme heat and at times rainfall. Both have heat and rainfall have been excessive this year in this location. The taste of the melons are being reported as simply outstanding.

Also, Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion left on Friday 8August2025 to join a rancher successfully applying SGP+™ to his Angus herds for over 2-years now. This rancher continues to report improved Herd Performance, Lower Costs,
Reduced Flies, monitors Screwworm Flies, and Exceptional Meat Quality and Tastes. Marc will join this rancher and drive SGP+™ loaded on a trailer to conduct a new trial on a 75-Holstein Milking cow dairy operation in Kansas. Furthermore, this rancher also has delivered an SGP+™ mixed ration to a Horse Recovery Operation in New Mexico, where the product was tested on struggling horses. The horses are being reported to have made remarkable recoveries and improvements. These improvements include their coats, muscle gain, and a reduction of flies.
Lastly, Equine Intact was applied to a race horse that reported to have “Tie-up” impacting the horse’s ability race. After a week plus Equine Intact being added to the horse’s diet, the horse competed in race running at her second-best time ever.
“Our Team of scientists along with our partner ranchers and dairymen continue to advance and generate plausible evidence of the efficacy of IFUS product lines. I am deeply encouraged by their efforts and ever-gaining traction in the marketplace. We are ever-dedicated to making your company successful while we provide products that improve the health and well-being of humans, animals and plants in a cost-effective and eco-friendly manner,” said Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International.
