SUAREC Scientific Team Visits IFUS Test Farm and Confirms Efficacy of SupremeAG™ on “Blazing Prince Peach Trees” and More

LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTCID

On Thursday, 14May26 scientists from the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center (SUAREC) visited the IFUS Test Farm. Their reaction to the impact of SupemeAG™ (SAG™) on (1) Blazing Peach Trees, (2) fruit from LA Feliciana Peach Trees, (3) Freedom Blackberries, (4) growth rates and health of newly planted fruit trees, (5) Rose Bushes, (6) Citrus Trees, (7) and more was filled with excitement, validation, and smiles.

As they sampled fresh peaches from the LA Feliciana Peach Trees that were soil amended and mulched with SupremeAG™, they universally agreed that these were the single sweetest, juiciest, and textured peaches ever consumed. While NOT a statistical trial, the results are most encouraging, with SUAREC now considering the addition of Peach Trees to their statistical trials.

IFUS had 10-Blazing Prince Peach Trees shipped dry root from Georgia and 10LaPeche Peach Trees harvested from a maiden tree in Louisiana.

The performance of the 3-Blazing Prince Peach Trees, planted in pure SupremeAG™, was validated to be exponentially healthier. The growth rate outperformed all other samples in the trial. Pictorial evidence is provided below, with quantitative measures pending (to include leaf count, bark growth thickness, overall plant growth height, and Brix analysis of the leaves). Furthermore, ambient weather conditions, soil moisture and pH, and insect predation are being monitored and recorded.

Of note, are 3-Blazing Prince Peach Trees planted in the SupremeAG™. These are requiring 66% LESS water than the other trees in the trial. Considering that the IFUS Test Farm is located in an area of SE Louisiana that has been and remains in “Excessive Drought”, and subject to unseasonably warm temperatures (to include several days of either near record or record heat), all Team Members consider the performance remarkable.

Picture 1 below is one of three Blazing Prince Peach Trees planted in

SupremeAG™ alone. Please note the coloration, size of leaves, and density of the canopy:

Picture 2 below is that of a Blazing Prince Peach Tree planted in a conventional manner, whereby 50% Potting Soil is blended with 50% Processed Cow Manure and Humus, then mulched with natural manure and controlled release fertilizer. Please note the coloration of the leaves, the size of the leaves, and the density of the canopy:

Picture 3 offers a comparative view of the Blazing Prince Peach Tree in Picture 1 as compared to the Blazing Prince Peach Tree in Picture 2. These trees were selected as they were approximately the same size and height when planted dry root.

Picture 4 offers another Blazing Prince Peach Tree in the trial. This particular sample is planted in a 30/30/30 blend of Top Soil, Processed Cow Manure with Humus, and SAG™, then mulched with 3” of SAG™. It requires less water than traditional cultivation, yet more water than the trees planted in SAG™ alone.

There is NO question that the Blazing Prince Peach Trees planted dry root in pure SAG+™ are outperforming by an order of magnitude that other trees in the trial. A more comprehensive report is pending and an update will be provided when complete.

As a reminder, SUAREC issued a report that suggests that SupremeAG™ is showing promising results, when applied as a mulch.

The report states: “SupremeAG™ treated bagasse resulted in the highest overall fruit yield compared with soil control and untreated bagasse mulch. However, crop specific responses were observed.”

The report goes on to state: “Tomato, eggplant, and bell pepper produced higher fruit yields under SGP+™ treated bagasse, while okra responded more positively to regular bagasse mulch.” (Please note that SGP+™ when treated through IFUS’s Proprietary Formulation and Processing Technology results in SupremeAG™.)

Additionally, the report states, “Research is under progress to determine the impact of SupremeAG™ on soil microbes, C/N ratio, soil pH, and allelopathy, which might influence production.”

A copy of the report can be found below as well as on the IFUS website at https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledge-base/suarec-evaluation-of-supremeag-on-vegetable-growth-and-yield/

Furthermore, a series of IFUS White Papers and Trials can be found at the Knowledge Base Tab at https://www.impactfusionbrands.com/knowledgebase/category/studies/supreme-ag/

These papers provide plausible scientific evidence in support of SUAREC’s efforts and focus on the health and availability of soil microbes, C/N ratios, soil pH, and allelopathy. This evidence is garnered by research conducted across the globe and as a rule, published in juried journals.

“Almost daily, we receive emails or read news articles of the emerging water crisis in the U.S. and other parts of the globe. Furthermore, the cost of growing foods, the impacts of synthetic acid-fertilizers on soil as well as the broader impact of pesticides and herbicides, the continually decreasing nutritional content of the foods we consume, the impacts on the performance, health, and well-being of plants, animals, and humans are independently and collectively driving our commitment to provide eco-friendly, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions to these issues. Doing so, while utilizing an annually renewable biomass resource that could provide jobs, revenue, and cost-savings for the world-wide sugar industry, while providing extraordinary benefit for the beef and dairy industry, as well as plant-based agriculture, is most-rewarding. The impact on water conservation alone is proving to be invaluable. We are ever-grateful to SUAREC as well as the support from the Louisiana Legislature and Agricultural Commissioner, the Honorable Dr. Mike Strain. Your IFUS Napoleonville, LA plant is located in a HUBZ-1 Designated Area and surrounded by sugarcane and cattle operations. The economic impact provided by our joint efforts to the State of Louisiana and broader global sugarcane, cattle, and agricultural communities is humbling. IFUS intends to create a dynamic whereby safe and healthy outcomes are provided both domestically and internationally. This includes ingredients derived from the utilization of annually produced and sustainable biomass materials that in many cases are considered waste and even environmental hazards when left unused. In doing so, we believe that you, our stockholders along with our broader stakeholders, will benefit,” said Marc Walther, CEO of Impact Fusion International.
